Application, Fee and Deposit: The application fee is $20 per adult applicant and the security deposit is the same amount as the monthly rent amount. You can download the application by clicking here and printing it out or you can pick one up from the box on the front of Summit Group Real Estate office building at 3202 Mishawaka Ave in South Bend; also, you can get one from our representative at a showing. You’ll need to attach a copy of your ID, copies of your two most recent pay stubs and your application fee payment (cash, money order, or cashier’s check) and insert these with your application into the mail slot on the front of the Summit Group office building. Applications take 4-5 days to process. You can submit an application ahead of seeing a house in person if you want to and some people have gotten in ahead of competing applications simply by doing so.

Showings: You may view properties at up to two locations before submitting an application. You can call 574-252-1081 to schedule a showing. Due to COVID-19, please, wear a protective face mask to the showing. By attending the showing, the visiting party and their guests agree to enter the property at their own risk and to hold harmless Summit Group Management Co and its representatives from all demands, actions, claims for damages arising out of or relating to COVID-19 and the condition of the property.
Pets: Pets are allowed and there is a one-time $300 pet deposit per pet.
