The following items are needed in order to begin processing your application:
-A copy of your valid ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
-Your last 3 check stubs
-An application fee per person; this is non-refundable and is not applied to the security deposit or the rent
Pets:
There is a ONE-TIME refundable deposit of at least $300 per pet due before you move in.
Credit:
Credit history to be in satisfactory condition. No bankruptcy within the past two years.
Income:
Your last 3 check stubs are required in order to begin processing your application. If you are transferring/starting a new job, please provide us with a letter of intent/transfer that states start date and pay rate.
Applicant is to have at least six months of work history at the same job or trade.
Applicant must make three times the amount of the monthly rent for a single-unit house; 2.5 times for an apartment in a multi-unit building.
Self-employed applicants will need last year’s tax returns.
Rental History:
All applicants must provide a current landlord’s name and phone number.
No EVICTIONS/JUDGMENTS on record in the past two years.
General:
Applicants under 21 years of age may require a cosigner.
We are only able to show up to 2 properties without an approved application.
No unit will be held for more than 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon and a security deposit (same as rent and in money order form) is needed to hold the unit.
